Mack's response to our first call on Saturday November 21st was amazingly fast. He was so informed about the property and easy to communicate with that we made an offer that same evening. A few email exchanges and signatures obtained on line for the seller to review. In 24 hours our offer was accepted and details explained about closing and security money needed. The seller was eager to sell and the buyer was ready to buy and we all conveyed this in kind ways to the buyers bank. Happy to say we closed on the 18.8 acres on December 8th just 16 days from seeing the land and calling Mack for the first time. This was the most pleasant experience in making such a big decision for our future. I will recommend Mack Meeks to everyone I know looking for opportunities in his area of sales. The most thoughtful thing that Mack Meeks did during our 16 days of communicating was text me on Thanksgiving wishing me and my family a blessed Thanksgiving.

Because I was out of state throughout the process, Mack handled everything fast and professionally. He kept me updated on every step along the way, quickly answered any e-mails, texts or phone calls for questions I had and arranged for all the inspections and helped me with some contractors I had to have do work before the sale. His helpfullness was vital to this sale. Problems popped up along the way and he was able to field them all quickly and put them to rest. I could not have asked for a better agent. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely perfect due to the way Mack Meeks handled it all. If I ever need another realtor in Tennessee I would not even think about using anyone else and would recommend Mack to anyone I know without hesitation. Century 21 has a huge asset in Mack Meeks Macks performance in all aspects listed above were beyond excellant. Elizabeth's planning and showing of my house avoided me having to do a short sale or going into foreclosure This was a horrible experience as I was out of the country and being forced to sell my home when tenants failed to pay rent I was emotional and my stress level was at a maximum level and Elizabeth, who is a personal friend, was able to maintain professionalism and keep herself detached from my personal pain to keep me focused on the things I needed to do to keep my home out of foreclosure or being forced to do a short sale. Her professionalism needed to prevail over friendship in this situation and she did that well, without making me feel she didn't care as a friend, too.
