Our goal is to help clients not only buy and sell real estate, but to have the best experience possible. We are CENTURY 21 Real Estate Agents, parents, community volunteers, Rotarians, hobby farmers, and outdoor enthusiasts, amongst other things. Megan relocated to Sheridan, Wyoming in 2008 and traded sandals in for Muck Boots. Growing up in the Virgin Islands and living in Florida were vastly different lifestyles than the "wild west" If Megan can transition to Wyoming anyone can! As a professional, Megan has over 20 years of experience in sales, leadership and delivering world class service. Dawson is a Sheridan Wyoming native. Ask him why he dislikes sagebrush. He is a veteran of the US Army and offers extensive insight of the area. He is knowledgeable in many things including home construction, water wells, septic tanks, ranches, and more. He is a licensed outfitter in the state of Wyoming and a certified home inspector. We believe in honesty, hard work, and treating one another as you would like to be treated. These simple beliefs have served us well and have allowed us to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients on a consistent basis. Buyer reviewIf you are looking for a real estate agent in the Sheridan area, I would strongly recommend Megan Powers. We stumbled upon Megan when we called to inquire about a home that was listed with Century 21. We did not have an agent that we were working with at the time, so we asked if someone from the office could contact us and that's how we met Megan. Right from the start, Megan was very patient and always available for a phone call if we saw a property that interested us. Her communication is top notch and after our first in person meeting, she had a complete understanding as to what kind of home and property we were in the market for. There was no question or comment too big or too small for Megan and I never felt like I was bothering her or inconveniencing her when I called. Megan is an excellent communicator and walked us through every step of the buying process. She answered any and all questions openly and honestly, which I most appreciated. She represented us when we could not be there in person and handled all details. She made buying a home in Sheridan easy and exciting!

Buyer reviewI really needed someone I could trust in looking at houses pre-offer because I was moving from out of town and did not have the chance to see anything before making an offer. So, if there was anything I needed to be aware of, I needed to know that through my agent. Also, I had a unique loan type and needed someone with knowledge of all its own components. I was so so so happy with Megan, her knowledge of Sheridan (both in terms of neighborhoods, but also for local inspectors), her knowledge on my loan type, and her work ethic! She worked tirelessly, efficiently, and quickly to get any process moved forward.
