Buyer reviewAndy had handled real estate efforts for two of our sons who live in the area and they recommended that we ask Andy to help us find a home in the area and be with us through the purchasing process. This was important because we were moving to MD from RI and we weren't familiar with the area. Throughout the entire process Andy was always ready to answer questions and be with us when we were looking at properties. He was a calming presence and helped us through what could have been a stressful time. We would recommend Andy to anyone in need of a friendly, professional real estate professional.

Seller reviewPatrick was incredible to work with! We knew he and his team understood the area and unique niche of clientele we were marketing to. At our initial meeting he helped my daughter-in-law carry and load boxes into her vehicle that I had packed. He followed up with all matters and answered emails quickly. Patrick made himself available to meet the HVAC technician at my condo when I could not be there so that we could get all outstanding inspection items completed, which ultimately landed us at the closing table earlier than anticipated. He is respectful, polite, and always a pleasure to speak with. He made the experience easy and seamless! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Southern Maryland!

They showed us many housing options during our limited duration visit, understood our desires, and identified suitable housing options. In addition, once we were on contract, Patrick and his team were extremely helpful in representing us at inspections and in facilitating delivery of two of our cars before we arrived. They really went above and beyond when it came to the car delivery assistance. Andy from Patrick's team helped to get both of our cars received and in the garage prior to our arrival in MD.
