I have lived in Cabell County for the past 16 years and am a graduate of Marshall University with a B.B.A in Accounting. I am currently licensed in WV and a member of both the Huntington & Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors. I love finding my buyers their dream home & helping my sellers accomplish their goals! Buyer reviewJacki was a phenomenal agent and we would work with her wherever she was an agent/broker. Jacki truly listened to us about what we wanted and did her level-best to find us a home within our price range. Her attention to detail and flexibility with showing us homes was astounding! She was fantastic to work with and communicate with! Jacki was awesome! She showed nothing but patience and grace toward our nine-year-old son, who has ADHD and can't contain himself! She was beyond patient with us, showing us house after house even after we backed out of one house due to issues that we found with it. She would respond in the evenings if we had questions and really worked with us to find the house that we wanted. In the end she helped us find our forever home; and it was a joy to get to work with her! Our overall experience with Century 21 was great. If we ever have to sell our home to move, we would use Century 21 or whatever brokering firm Jacki is at. Listen, our overall experience was awesome! We love what Century 21 did in helping us broker our dream home. But, in total transparency, Jacki Frazier was the one who was able to get us where we wanted to be! I'd recommend wherever she is at as the place to go, so long as the person got to work with her!

She also did most things over email, text or phone calls that allowed me not to have to take anytime off of work. She is very knowledgeable about the area and answers all of my questions.
