I spent my childhood in Fairfax County and have lived in Prince William County since 1998. I would recommend Kelly Wallace to anyond looking to sell. She was very helpful She was knowledgeable of the local area. She helped us set asking price as we were not sure . She had good recommendations for getting the house ready to be put on the market. She knows the business and gets the job done. The mortgage rates right know are making it hard to sell houses fewer people looking but Kelly kept telling me just have patience. I thank her so much for being respectful of us too! She is a gem.
