I spent my childhood in Fairfax County and have lived in Prince William County since 1998. Kelly Wallace was efficient, effective and honest. Her estimates worked out nearly to the penny, She was easy to approach and in our first meeting, laid out what we should expect. Kelly worked extra hard to get some cooperation from buyers agent on the details of their loan application so that I could make the best possible offer on a home I was trying to buy while attempting to minimize contingencies. I would certainly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy a home in our area.
