She took the time to negotiate and reduce my final costs. With her expertise and diligence, I felt she had eyes on everything. Even though the market was a challenge, she sold my property quickly and with a reasonable price. I was pleased with visits from Meredith to go over suggested home improvements. She responded quickly to my requests by telephone, text, and e-mail. When necessary, she sent documents to clarify. She held several "open house" events. This was my first experience selling a home by myself. I needed help with the new ways of communication and completing documents that had to be addressed. Meredith patiently led me through all the necessary steps from beginning to end. I appreciate her kindness and knowledge in seeing me through the sale of my home.
